iMorph's InfoMinder 

iMorph's InfoMinder is a new service that enables users to track web sites and get e-mail notification when content changes. This is a free service. You can upgrade to the pay service for more advanced features.

note: unfortunately, this service is no longer free. (bound to happen sometime)

The Cook's Thesaurus 

Something useful: The Cook's Thesaurus is a cooking encyclopedia that covers thousands of ingredients and kitchen tools. Entries include pictures, descriptions, synonyms, pronunciations, and suggested substitutions.

Mind Candy 

Here's a great place to play some games and earn tokens for prizes. Long shot at best, but it's amusing (and somewhat mind-numbing) if nothing else: Pogo Games. And another free gaming site, PopCap. Some of these games can be played on the Pogo website. (no token incentive on PopCap games)
