iMorph's InfoMinder 

iMorph's InfoMinder is a new service that enables users to track web sites and get e-mail notification when content changes. This is a free service. You can upgrade to the pay service for more advanced features.

note: unfortunately, this service is no longer free. (bound to happen sometime)
