Panda ActiveScan
Panda ActiveScan is a free virus protection scanning program. You only need to download the active x the first time to run it. You are required to give an e-mail address (yours, or a temporary one). They add you to a mailing list if you select that option (it can be a reminder to re-scan if one is needed, it may also be required). You can see your results right after the scan. This program can automatically "disinfect" any viruses it finds, it has configurable options. It's updated daily (so they say) so hopefully it's up to date.
